The world of furniture is big. In this world a lot of space is occupied by the beds. They are so diverse that most of the people even don’t know about their all types. Their diversity depends on many things like their designs, sizes, colors and the material from they are created.

However, most of the people are familiar to their 2 or 3 types when we talk about their sizes; that are single, double and king size. These 3 are most common sizes that are used in most of the houses. However king size beds further have two types that are California or western king and super king size beds.

 

Anyhow there is another type of the beds regarding their dimension called as small double beds. This type is known by just few people.

As shown by their names these beds are smaller than double but bigger than single. They are created basically to fill the gap between double and single according to the money and available space constrains. They occupy lower space than double but can be used by couple occasionally for example when a couple stays at your home at night as your guest. Similarly, you can buy them in lower money than you have to spend on double beds.
